Refund policy
We have a 30-day return for exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange if you ordered the wrong part or if the part is damaged or defective.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with its original packaging and labeling still intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return for exchange, you can contact us at sales@ez-vap.com. View the exchange process at the bottom of this policy document. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: EZ Industrial Equipment, 1368 Hooksett Rd, Unit 9, Hooksett, NH 03106.
If your return for exchange is accepted, we’ll send you an RMA form to include with the package. Return shipping arrangement and cost is responsibility of the customer. Items sent back to us without an RMA will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom or made-to-order products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchange Process
- Contact sales@ez-vap.com to request exchange
- If exchange is approved, a return material authorization (RMA) form will be emailed to customer to include with return package.
- A new sales order will be processed to fulfill and ship replacement item to customer. Customer's payment method will be charged for the replacement item.
- When the original item is received and approved for return back at our warehouse, we will refund the original order on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at sales@ez-vap.com.
