pH Adjustment System - ZimVie

This is a fully integrated system with its own stand and mount, side stream and advanced I6 color touchscreen controller with feedback to evaporator.

This system includes a circulation pump and is to be connected to 300gal HDPE cone bottom tank with powder coated steel stand (+$6,500 for optional SS stand) for 

tank. This system is a skid mounted system the size of a regular pallet as requested by customer.

System includes the following:

Temperature compensated, three point calibration pH probe and housing

Chemical dosing metering pump (20GPH Caustic Feed)

Low drum chemical level sensor

Board Mount of components on standalone unit with pre-plumbed (sch 80 PVC) 

circulation pump and Tee to Evap

Relay packs for circ pump

Relay pack for external infeed pump 

Submersible Infeed pump

Circulation Pump

Redundant tank level switches for tanks X2 

Dual radar tank level sensors with Bluetooth programming for tank level

Bulkhead fittings for system installation Programming

3 months free over the air monitoring & programing via cellular network

All components to be rated for wet environments and wash down
